Unfortunately, the way they handled our JEEP car audio claim that didn't even last a few seconds and then the equipment burned out was terrible. They don't manage effective communication channels to resolve customer dissatisfaction. It was frustrating for us that after completing the service one day and turning it on the next day, it burned out for a few seconds. AND THAT THE DAY BEFORE HE CALLED TO NOTIFY THAT THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. HE WAS ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS OK AND HIS ANSWER WAS YES, BUT THAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS SMOKING. When he was asked what was the reason, his answer was contradictory. We still trust his experience. We turned it on the next day and he didn't even use a few seconds when the equipment started to smoke and burned out. It was even a risk because it could have set the Jeep on fire. How can an expert deliver a completed service to the customer like that? It seems to me that he was not honest in his completed work. The service provider must handle customer dissatisfaction very well, expressing greater understanding for the customer's frustration and offering a solution or plan to resolve the situation. It's a win-win situation; a satisfied customer is worth a thousand. My goal is to get them to correct these serious errors so they don't repeat them in the future with other customers.
